  • Beef Carpaccio: Japanese mayo, radish, asian sauce, toasted sesame, seeds, spring onions and herb oil
  • Steamed Fresh West Coast Black Mussels: white wine, saffron, onion, garlic, herbs, cream and toasted focaccia
  • Fried Baby Calamari: garlic, chili, fried fresh herbs, house tartare and lemon
  • The Sushi: four-piece tuna crunch and a two-piece salmon roses

    2nd Course:
