Starter Menu:
  • Prawn Cocktail: Prawn tails in a piquant homemade seafood sauce, served with roosterkoek.
  • Oysters: 3 Large West Coast oysters served on crushed ice.
  • Springbok Carpaccio: Springbok carpaccio served with rocket leaves and dressed with our chef's special blueberry reduction.
  • Bobotie Spring Rolls: Bobotie spring rolls lightly fried and served with banana yoghurt and chutney.
  • Butternut & Naartjie Soup: A creamy butternut soup infused with naartjie and fresh coriander served with roosterkoek.

    Main Menu:
  • Karan Rump 220g: Matured superior AAA-Grade grain-fed, lazy-aged, Karan beef, the best South Africa has to offer. Grilled and basted with our famous Karibu basting.
  • Lamb Ribs: Juicy and tender lamb ribs with our famous Karibu basting.
  • Ostrich Fillet: From the Karoo – healthy, lean and tasty. Grilled to perfection and served with a sweet onion marmalade sauce.
  • Snoek on the Braai: Weskus snoek. A famous Cape delicacy. Basted with apricot mayonnaise and grilled over open flames served with either a side salad or wedges.
  • Patagonian Calamari: The most tender baby calamari – Cajun-grilled or fried in a light batter. Served with our home-made piquant pepper mayonnaise.
  • Malay Chicken Curry: A fragrant, mildly curried chicken dish prepared with a classic blend of spices. Served on basmati rice.
  • Vegetarian Wrap (V): Crunchy vegetables with tikka curry and coriander, wrapped in a roti.
