  • Trust me sushi (4 piece): marinated salmon, caramelised salmon, avocado and mango.
  • Goats cheese and candied ginger poppers with miso caramel.

  • Pan fried rib eye: 250g rib eye, herb rub, mushroom ketchup, roast garlic cream and chips.
