2 x Welcome Rituals: Soothing Hot Compress Rub blended with Essential Oils

Starter Menu:

Atlantic Calamari:
Cajun grilled or fried in a light batter. Served with our home-made piquant pepper mayonnaise.

Springbok Carpaccio:
Served with rocket leaves and dressed with our chef's special blueberry reduction.

Fish Cake:
Traditional Malay fish cakes served with sambals, one of the Cape’s best.

Bobotie Spring Rolls:
Bobotie spring rolls lightly fried and served with banana yoghurt and chutney

Butternut & Naartjie Soup:
Creamy butternut soup infused with naartjie and fresh coriander served with roosterkoek.

Main Menu:

Ostrich Fillet:
From the Karoo – healthy, lean and tasty. Grilled to perfection and served with a sweet onion marmalade sauce.

Rump Sosatie:
Prime beef rump skewer grilled on the braai.

Sticky Ribs:
The juiciest and tender chargrilled ribs!

Malay Chicken Curry:
A fragrant, mildly curried chicken dish prepared with a classic blend of spices. Served on basmati rice.

Crispy Hake:
Succulent hake fillets. Lightly battered and fried to perfection. Served with our home-made piquant pepper mayonnaise.

Vegetarian Bobotie:
Traditional South African dish made the vegan way with a combination of Cape Malay spices, lentils and fruity chutney, topped with a coconut turmeric cream and baked to perfection.

Dessert Menu:

Classic Cape Malva:
A traditional South African dessert. Moist apricot sponge cake with vanilla sauce and ice cream.

Cape Brandy Pudding:
A taste of class. Infused with Cape brandy and served with a creamy brandy sauce and ice cream.

Milk Tart:
An old family recipe – cinnamon-infused custard tart served with ice cream and rooibos honey.
