Launch time: 11am (daily).
On the day of your booking: you are required to check in at Waterfront Charters booking office at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Upon check in, you are required to present your Waterfront Charters booking confirmation, and you will be issued a boarding pass ticket. You are required to present your boarding pass ticket for entry onto the boat (you will NOT be granted entry without your boarding pass). Waterfront Charters booking office location: Shop 5, Quay 5, V and A Waterfront.
PRINTED COUPON must be presented upon check in at Waterfront Charters booking office (NO COUPON, NO SERVICE).
Merchant cancellation policy: bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance will result in your coupon being forfeited, and you will not receive a refund.
No shows forfeit their coupon.

The boat trip is weather permitting and subject to change. Weather is assessed on the day of your booking and the boat trip will not take place during dangerous or bad weather conditions.
Front seats weight restriction: maximum 80kgs
Back seats weight restriction: maximum 100kgs
Lifejackets/PFDs are compulsory for this activity and are available in sizes: 60cm to 125cm (chest size).
Child policy 1: only children over the age of 13 years old are allowed aboard, they must be over 1.2 metres in height, and able to straddle the on-board seats with both feet on the deck.
Child policy 2: children must always be under the supervision of adults.
Duration: approximately 1 hour.
The boat used is weather and demand dependent, and may change on the day of your booking.
Please Note: in the unlikely event that the primary boat for this trip is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Waterfront Charters reserve the right to utilise an alternative vessel for this experience. Be assured that Waterfront Charters will always make every possible effort to ensure that the advertised vessel is available. Some trips do not have a dedicated boat for the trip and rely on a pool of available vessels at Waterfront Charters to cover fluctuations in weather, seasonal passenger numbers and planned maintenance.
