Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment or your coupon will be forfeited.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to guarantee your full treatment time.
Late arrivals have an impact on your treatment duration. Treatments will be shortened accordingly.
PRINTED COUPON must be presented upon arrival.
No shows forfeit their coupon.

Excludes use of the spa facilities and showers. You can upgrade your treatment to include use of the spa facilities and/or showers when making your booking. This is an additional charge and must be paid directly to Casuarina Wellness Centre.
