Late arrivals have an impact on your treatment duration. Treatments will be shortened accordingly.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or your coupon will be forfeited.

Spa treatments duration: 75 minutes.
Use of the wellness facilities duration: 3 hours.
Avara’s signature spa package includes: welcome chai tea, luxury back of body Swedish massage, hydrating facial, exfoliating honey and rooibos back scrub, moisturising foot mask and foot rub, 1 glass of wine or juice, honey roasted nuts, and use of the wellness facilities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and heated pool) for 3 hours.
Please note: Avara Wellness Spa’s towels and gowns are for spa use only (spa treatments only), and CANNOT be used when making use of the wellness facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room). Guests must kindly bring their own towels and/or gown when making use of the wellness facilities. Guests may hire a gown from Avara Wellness Spa at a R30 locker fee per gown (payable directly to Avara Wellness Spa, and must be returned after usage).
